在釋出在反映上皆有點差強人意的〈Yummy〉和〈Get Me〉之後，可能是為了在榜上有更好的成績，Justin Bieber 沒多久就發行新專輯〈Changes〉的第三首單曲〈Intentions〉，找來了饒舌團體 Migos 中的 Quavo 合作，再續 R&B 流行的風格。

這首歌跟前面的幾首單曲相同，歌詞上都直接地表達出對愛妻的仰慕跟疼惜。剛開始是覺得她好吃好吃，再來是開始覺得她懂自己，現在在〈Intentions〉則是把她當成自己的唯一嚮往，目前的進展這樣看下來是有越來越進步的趨勢（？

雖然聽起來又是首放閃的歌，但〈Intentions〉的 MV 卻沒有閃瞎單身狗，反而是鼓勵每個人都要去追求自己所嚮往的目標。MV 中分別介紹了幾位人生中遇到困頓的勇敢女性，她們因為從不放棄夢想，所以都堅持的往自己憧憬的方向邁進。

這些女性在遇到挫折時，都曾受到一個名叫 Alexandria House 的收容所幫助，這個收容所主要協助有需要的婦孺，讓很多面臨困境的婦女和孩童能有個暫時的庇蔭，協助他們找到適合自己的路，而〈Intentions〉的 MV 也捐助了 20 萬美金幫這這些需要幫助的人。
最近賈斯丁也順勢在 YouTube 上推出個人紀錄片，破了 YouTube 原創節目首週最高觀看次數，有 3200 多萬的觀看，可見即使他音樂最近不太受歡迎，他依舊保有十分高的人氣呢！
